Nanjing is rolling out a new level of travel convenience for global visitors. Starting immediately, international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travelers arriving at Nanjing Lukou International Airport can access mobile connectivity the moment they land.

The service, branded as the Leyou Card, is jointly introduced by China Mobile and the airport-based Charm of Jiangsu Tourism Service Center. With a passport or travel permit, visitors can activate a local SIM card within minutes and connect instantly to high-speed networks.
Beyond basic communication, the card integrates payment, transport, and tourism services into one digital tool. It supports foreign credit card binding for QR-code payments and includes the Nanjing Transportation Card function, enabling tap-and-go access on metro and buses.
By combining telecom infrastructure with urban services, Nanjing is positioning itself as a digitally seamless gateway for international travel.
