The Singapore Professional Services Centre was officially established on March 27 at Nanjing Eco-Tech Island, creating a new platform to support Chinese enterprises expanding into Southeast Asia.

The Centre brings together key Singaporean institutions, including the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI), the Law Society of Singapore, and the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises. It provides comprehensive professional services such as corporate governance, compliance management, and financial control.

Nanjing Eco-Tech Island, a flagship project under the China-Singapore (Jiangsu) Cooperation Council, has served as a major platform for bilateral cooperation since its launch in 2009. The area focuses on artificial intelligence, next-generation information technology, and eco-environmental industries, and is advancing the development of a low-carbon, smart “Eco-Tech City.”

The establishment of the Centre is expected to further strengthen cooperation between Nanjing and Singapore in professional services, investment, and innovation, while enhancing Nanjing’s full-chain service system for enterprises expanding into ASEAN markets.
