On April 3, the 7,200‑ton‑per‑day Hung Long Hoa Binh clinker production line in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam, was successfully commissioned, making it one of Vietnam’s largest single‑train cement projects. The facility features C‑Hope’s self‑developed second‑generation core pyro‑processing technology, paired with a waste heat recovery system that captures exhaust heat from the production process to generate electricity. The system cuts both carbon emissions and overall energy consumption, offering a proven solution for the green transformation of Vietnam’s cement industry.
On June 29, the 2,500‑ton‑per‑day clinker production line in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, officially came on stream. The project moved from contract signing to full‑capacity operation in just 18 months, despite extreme subzero temperatures during construction that put both civil works and equipment installation under severe strain. The C‑Hope team held to the delivery schedule and upheld uniform global quality standards, completing the handover on time. This is the fifth cement production line that C‑Hope has built and commissioned in Uzbekistan, further strengthening its position as a leading cement engineering services provider in Central Asia.
On July 19, the 3,500‑ton‑per‑day Bach Dang Lien Khe clinker line in Hai Phong, Vietnam, was successfully ignited. Boasting an annual cement output of 1.5‑1.7 million tons, the project helps bridge the local supply shortfall and fuels regional infrastructure growth. It stands as a tangible model for China‑Vietnam cooperation in green manufacturing.
