China (Nanjing) Software Valley lies in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing. It is China’s first software industry base, the largest communications software industry R&D base, and an important national software industry and information industry center. Its comprehensive strength ranks among the top three national parks. The valley is China’s first 100-billion-level software industry base and a regional software center, second only to Zhongguancun. Software Valley is the first batch of national demonstration bases for new industrialization (software and information services) in Jiangsu and the only one in Jiangsu.

With a total area of 73 square kilometers, China (Nanjing) Software Valley is adjacent to Hexi New City and Southern New City. It has built China’s first software avenue, bringing together IBM China Software Authorization Training Center, Dell, Runhe Software, Sanpower Group, ZTE, Huawei Technology, Neusoft R&D, iSoftStone, VanceInfo, Taisheng Technology, Nanjing Institute of Water Resources and Hydrology Automation, Ministry of Water Resources and other well-known software companies at home and abroad.
