Nanjing is fast becoming a strategic node in global e-commerce flows.

At the July 24 Amazon Service Provider Network Conference, the Jiangsu Central Asia Center and Yangtze River Delta (Nanjing) Cross-Border E-Commerce Park were named the first park-based SPN members—formalizing deeper ties between Amazon and the city’s trade ecosystem.
With 8,000+ active foreign trade enterprises and nearly 5,000 cross-border e-commerce operators, Nanjing’s H1 2025 cross-border trade rose 17.3% YoY. Thousands of local sellers now rank among Amazon’s top global performers.

For investors and logistics partners, Nanjing offers a converging advantage: mature industrial belts, export-ready SMEs, and a growing network of global trade enablers. As one senior executive from Payoneer noted, the city’s cross-border potential is “exceptionally strong.”
