Nanjing is becoming the headquarters capital for some of the fastest-growing industries in the world.

In just the past few weeks: Xiaodu (Baidu’s AI tech arm) signed on to establish its East China HQ in Xuanwu District, including an R&D center and industry solution hub. Xiehang Energy, a global leader in renewables, announced a $100M headquarters and R&D center in the city. UDAS Automotive Technology, a rising name in ultrasonic radar sensors, also chose Nanjing as its HQ base.

Why Nanjing? Because the city has laid the groundwork—with policies that support HQ growth, innovation ecosystems that attract top talent, and speed that turns vision into execution.
