On September 22, Bank of Nanjing and BNP Paribas signed a new Strategic Cooperation MOU, reaffirming nearly two decades of collaboration and opening a new chapter of deeper alignment.

The partnership will focus on six dimensions—capital, credit, business, clients, technology, and intelligence—creating a framework for comprehensive financial cooperation.

BNP Paribas, a global financial leader, has been a shareholder and strategic partner of Bank of Nanjing since 2005. Over the years, cooperation has spanned capital markets, trade finance, corporate banking, retail, insurance, and asset management. In 2024, BNP Paribas further strengthened its commitment, increasing its stake by over RMB 3B to above 18%.

As BNP Paribas representative Miele shared: “We highly value Bank of Nanjing’s development, with clear strategy, strong transformation capabilities, and excellent investor relations. We look forward to the next 20 years of partnership.”
