A new chapter unfolds in China–Singapore economic partnership: Nanjing has officially signed an agreement with Singapore’s Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) Group to establish its China New Energy Headquarters in Nanjing.

This milestone marks more than a signature in more than 30 years of partnership between China and Singapore—it signals a strategic convergence of strengths. Singapore’s innovation and R&D excellence will join forces with Nanjing’s industrial and manufacturing advantage, positioning the headquarters as a hub for next-generation energy solutions.

The project will focus on four core areas: distributed solar PV development, centralized wind-solar integration projects,  low-/zero-carbon industrial parks and green hydrogen production and integrated applications.

Today’s announcement reflects a shared vision: building a resilient, green, and globally integrated energy future.
